Privacy Policy — All in OneVideo Player

Last Updated: May 11, 2026

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using our applications.

Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to Video Player, published by Simple Apps Solution Services — the data controller for the app. It explains what device data and technical telemetry the app uses, why we use it, and how third-party services may process it.

Our video player app allows you to play video and audio files stored locally on your device. The app includes an integrated music playback feature. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy applies only to the Video Player app and related services published under Simple Apps Solution Services.

I. Information We Collect

We do not collect, store, or process any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or exact location) through the app itself.

Permissions and Local Media Access

To provide video and audio playback functionality, the app requests permission to access media files stored on your device. Depending on your device and OS version, this may include access to:

  • Local storage/media library (to list and play video/audio files)
  • Microphone (only if you enable optional microphone-based features; the microphone is not used by default)

Local-only playback: All media content you play remains stored locally on your device. The app does not upload, back up, scan, or otherwise transmit your personal video or audio files to our servers or any third party.

Information Collected by Third-Party Services

The app integrates third-party services that may collect certain non-personal or pseudonymized data on our behalf. These services and links to their privacy documentation include:

  • Google AdMob: may access your device Advertising ID to serve ads. See Google's advertising technologies policy: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
  • Google Firebase / Analytics: may collect anonymized analytics and crash reports used to improve the app. See: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
  • Google Play Billing: used to process in-app payments. We do not receive or store your payment card data. See: support.google.com/googleplay.

Derived & Technical Data

We may receive aggregated, non-identifiable data such as playback statistics (e.g., session length, feature usage), crash reports, and device diagnostics through the third-party tools above. This data does not include your personal media files or direct personal identifiers from the device.

Retention & Deletion

We do not retain copies of your personal media. Aggregated analytics and diagnostic data may be retained by the third-party providers in accordance with their policies. To request deletion of any information we directly hold, or to exercise your privacy rights, contact us at flownettechnologies@gmail.com (see Contact section). Providers' retention practices are available via the links above.

II. How We Use Information

The limited non-personal data we receive is used only for the following purposes:

  • To provide core playback functionality
  • To improve app stability and user experience
  • To fix bugs and crashes
  • To understand which features are most used and inform product development

III. How We Share Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent any user data. We only share the minimal data required with the third-party services listed above so they can provide their functionality (advertising, analytics, and payment processing).

These third parties are contractually obligated to protect the data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

IV. Advertising

Our free version is supported by advertisements delivered through Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to show personalized or non-personalized ads.

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization).

V. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect any data handled by our apps and the third-party services we use. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

VI. Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided such information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

VII. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we might hold about you (though the app itself does not collect personal information). You may also opt out of personalized advertising using your device settings as described in the Advertising section.

Residents of certain regions may have additional rights under local privacy laws (for example, the EU's GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act). These rights may include access, correction, deletion, and portability. To exercise any rights, contact us at flownettechnologies@gmail.com with "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject line. We aim to respond within 30 days.

VIII. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top will be changed accordingly. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
