Our applications are designed for use by individuals aged 13 and above. Users under the age of 13 (or applicable local minimum age) must use our Services only under direct supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
All financial transactions within our applications are processed by Google Play in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not collect or store your payment card information.
If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date through your Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy. We do not independently process refunds.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for paid features at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance where required by applicable law.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IF YOU HAVE MADE NO SUCH PAYMENTS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
